There are some bands holding the flag of Heavy Metal high on a simply and straight forward way: by playing passionate, wild, iron fisting and pounding Heavy Metal. No fake posts on the internet, no poser and wannabe attitude, no fake words: just FIRE and STEEL.
Having not only their name but their music as well inspired by the Fire Spirit, Feanor from Argentina is with no doubt one of those bands. Those who are taking a serious look in today\"s Heavy Metal scene would be of course aware of this band. But if you are (sadly) belong to those who have not (still) checked the band out, I may have to inform you two simple things: First of all their second full length called "Hellas" will be out very soon and second: prepare for battle!
From the very first track of the album ("Hacia El Abismo") the band makes it clear. Metal and NOTHING at all, riffs, killer solos and head banging. That is the way!
The album includes ten hymns on steel in the vein of Manowar, Running Wild and Judas Priest. You are a Heavy Metal maniac right? So what else you may ask for? The album is full of classic Heavy Metal riffs (just listen to track like "Amigos" or "Llamas"), you can also hear some pounding parts in a total war mood and some more melodic parts always in the vein of pure Heavy Metal
